Dear Diary #13

September 29th, 2011

I missed updating this on the 28th by an hour, sue me.

Ok, this is lucky number 13! I find that number an interesting one. Friday the 13th is always considered an eerie day full of mishaps. Well, I know some freakin' lucky, hot as heck and taller than can be, twins who once and a while celebrate their birthday on a Friday the 13th.

There are lots of things done in thirteens, and nines, and sevens. Uneven numbers (can't be divided by two evenly). I personally love the number 6, but what ever flows your boat you lovers of other numbers.

Ok, to the life update. IS finished! I was happy about it being done, but upset that Haru and her kinda sorta love interest only talked on the phone because every other main character was in her house making a cake (this entire series made me want cake dang it!)

Not much to update and I don't feel like visuals for this one. See you next time though, I might be more interesting than!

Dear Diary #12

September 27th, 2011

When I wasn't on Wakfu today I was doing homework, which explains why I didn't update until early a.m. so technically this can count for today's update, and knowing me, I won't update again anyways.

Tonight was the premeire of FOX's new show Terra Nova! It was really good, but I will just let those of you who have yet to watch it find it out for yourselves.

Well, I fell like adding LIFE stuff onto this - follow the hyperlink because I really don't want to explain it to you, it's kinda depressing and I'll just spazz about the psycho people and that will get us no where. Enjoy!

Dear Diary #11

September 25th, 2011

Ok, the last entry I forgot to post until today. Sorry about that, I forgot I even had it written.

Today I had Belltower Bootcamp, just a bit of info on journalism and meeting the new staff (I'm actually writing this while we're at the meeting). I'm eating pretzels and Cheeto Puffs! Yum!

And I'm half the time typing with my right hand alone.

Yesterday, and most of Friday, I was playing Wakfu. My Pandawa is halfway to 1,000 CP (citizen points) and that's how many you need to be a guard and that's my goal!

I have my first exam tomorrow on the first four chapters of my Biology book. I did well on the quizes thus far, I have a 90.5% A- in the class, so I should do well with some studying tonight. Josie is bribing me with awesome art depending on my grade; the better the grade the more pictures she draws. So that's adding to my goal of a good grade.

Well, now that I'm back to obsessing about Wakfu I will spam you with Wakfu related stuff. Do enjoy!

Dear Diary #10 & #10.5

September 22nd, 2011

Yesterday was a lazy day in more ways than one, but what made my day is that in Wakfu the class of Pandawa was released! I had been waiting for them to get released, and so far I'm liking them.

September 23rd, 2010

I got distracted once again by naps, that is why yesterday was another no update day.

I finished  what was available for Loveless, and gosh dang it! I want more! Moonless seems so cool, but he and his female (wasn't shown but "she" was mentioned) spell caster  did not fight so I don't know how well they fight but that will come up soon. I can't wait.

Today at 6:30 p.m. I have a Choir Retreat to go to. I might write more on it later depending on if I post this before then (which I'm thinking I will).

I'm loving Panawa's on Wakfu - if you play my Pandawa is named Criala, my Sacrier is Raeyl, my Eniprisa is Saeko, and my Sadida is Kaeyla. I'm part of the guild Origins and I'm still low level because I had no internet over the summer, but from now on I will try to be on at least once a day.

Well, there have been a few people messaging me about the dogs, but they're all from different states and the way they worded their emails make me think its not real. It just sounds like a scam . . . I just really don't want to get rid of my dogs, but the 1st is coming up here real fast . . .

Visuals for this entry will be High School Musical related since I've been listening to the OSTs lately (I put the songs and lots of other songs in a playlist so that is not all I'm listening to). I still haven't re-watched the movies, I should do that . . .

Do enjoy the Disney nostalgia cheesiness!!

Dear Diary #9

September 20th, 2011

I forgot to talk about this yesterday, but because of those I follow on Tumblr, I started (and finished in one day) the anime No. 6. This isn't the first time they've gotten me into something, Kimi ni Todoke was the first one and I will watch Durarara! eventually (but that's because it's the artist who created Yozakura Quartet, something else I need to finish watching), and it won't be the last I'm sure.

No. 6 seemed interesting just from the photo posts. I skimmed peoples comments about how Sion and Nezumi are in love and that Nezumi leaves in the end (that partially ruined the ending for me, but it did not ruin the story's plot).

I have read and watched a few things about a utopia that isn't really the perfect utopian society, the Uglies books is a perfect example that is similar to No. 6's society yet obviously had its differences.

In the world of Uglies on your sixteenth birthday you get plastic surgery so that you look just like everyone else. Their doctrine is that the individuality of people, mainly based upon looks, is what leads to conflict and war. Life will be peaceful and perfect if everyone was the same, no flaws at all and no one is better than any one else. But the truth behind the books, as revealed in the first book of the series is that the surgeons are putting lesions in peoples brain forcing you to be the same as everyone else, and if your brain develops differently than the drones of society you are able to get a government job because you are better than the rest in that perfect society.

A lot happens in the origional Uglies Trilogy that changes the society, but I don't want to ruin it for you by telling you all of that. I do recommend the series for those of you who want to know more, it's really an interesting world Scott Westerfeld created . . . that reminds me that I need to read his Midnighter's Trilogy . . .

Now to No. 6! It's utopia is a rather nice on on the surface, and it's not til the last three episodes that you understand why Nezumi wants to destroy the city. The ending was a bit rushed though, they should have drawn it out a lot and had more romance develop between Sion and Nezumi, two kisses were not enough!

My favorite part of the entire series is in the second episode where Sion is walking with his childhood friend Safu, who obviously had a crush on him and she reminds me of the character Bones on the FOX show Bones (origional title there FOX) because she is blunt an scientific about all that she says.

In the episode, Safu is hanging out with Sion for the last time before she goes to No. 5 (another utopian city, this one is more artistic than No. 6 but not much else in known than that) to study abroad for two years. Just when the two are about to part ways, Safu says she wants one last thing from Sion, and this is exactly what she said: "I want your sperm."

I cracked up! Sion was so flustered and she was so straight faced about it! It made my day completely.

The show made me hate bees and love dogs more, and I hope they do more with the story. After I finished the last episode (it was airing during this last summer so it's relatively new) I looked up the manga (No. 6 was origionally books, than manga and now the anime series) and was upset that there was only four chapters which only goes through episode 4. The manga does look really pretty, so I will read it, I'm jsut upset its behind the anime for what's available in English. Makes me sad.

On a happy note, I checked to see if Loveless was updated (it's been a year without updates) and it was! It got a good amount of chapters up in the last three or so months, so I'm reading those currently. I just kinda forgot what was happening, but Loveless is such a simple series that I'll remember it easily.

Yesterday was the new season of Two and a Half Men and the Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen. It was really funny! That's all I'm going to say because I'm sure you all watched it or have already heard plenty about it. Though I will say, they should not censor naked Ashton Kutcher!

Today is another date with my personal trainer, another day that I will want to kill Micah. I need to work out; I weigh 162 lbs. and I'm only 5' 8" (7 1/2" depending on the way you measure) so that's not a good place to be, at least for a female. Guys are allowed to have some more weight, well as long as its muscle its good. Having extra pounds of fat no matter your gender is not a good thing, mainly in America - we have too many fat people as it is, we don't need anymore.

So now I'm going to add some photos and AMVs from No. 6 so that you get a gist of what it looks like. Warning its genre is shounen ai (boy love) but they only kiss twice and it's not as hard core as Junjou Romantica by a long shot, their kisses are barely pecks. Do enjoy!

Dear Diary #8

September 19th, 2011

Ok, it's been a while, I did try to write (I did try to write yesterday but the internet froze on me and all my work went to waste, thus I rage quit). Sorry for the delay, but I've been in a bit of an emotional roller coaster.

First thing, a few days ago (Friday) my brother, via aim, told me that Portal [until the 20th, aka tomorrow] was a free download. Sufficed to say I was excited. It was about 3 or so in the afternoon, Reese and I were in my room playing Wii (Mario Party 8) when I checked my computer and than I began the download.

While I was downloading Portal, I called my boyfriend to tell him the exciting news. That is when I was informed that I needed to make an ad giving away my dogs. Sufficed to say, I was sad.

It didn't really hit me until I was alone (it was early a. m. on Saturday since we were playing games til then) that it hit me. I was never going to see my dogs again . . . I would never be able to pet Haru and Peanut . . . they were going to be someone else's dogs and I had no way to make sure they were safe, that they wouldn't run away and get hit by a car . . .

So, yea, I'm worried and sad about that - - but on the upside I have Portal!

I just wish I had a way to get home before the dogs have to go . . . I don't want anyone to take them but we have no where to keep them . . .

In the ad I say we'd want them back when we have a place for them, so I hope we find someone who would be willing to do that. But I doubt it, I doubt anyone would want them anyway since they're not puppies. People only want puppies and its like parents who chose adoption, they usually only want babies.

That is really the only thing I have to update besides the fact that Brian sent me a pair of mid-calf Slytherin socks and lots of caramel candy in the mail that I should get Thursday at the latest.

So, here is where I'm gonna bombard you with the few Peanut picutres I have, and a large amount of adorable Haru photos (and some of his siblings) and for the heck of it a pic or two of Rascal my cat I've had for 10 or so years. No to the animals!!!

Dear Diary #7.5

September 14th 2011 part two!

Ok, I forgot to tell you guys about Mei-chan's Butler manga! It is sooo different than the show!

First off, the grandpa tells Rhihito to sleep with Mei than when he is fighting a duel with Shinobu his acheles tendon gets severed and he's stuck recovering with his rapist of a new boss Lucia/Shiori!! Yea, and that's after its revealed that Shinobu and her do nasty adult things together to 'starve off boredom'!

Yea there's a lot more than that, but I don't feel like rambling on when I have to work on a paper that, if I don't work on now, it will never get done and I will be screwed. That is all.

Dear Diary #6 & #7

September 13th, 2011

Once again I forgot to write yesterday, but I god way to into my homework. I still have to finish the paper that's do Thursday, but it's only 2-3 pages on plot, so it'll be easy.

Tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. is my team's first Intramural Flag Football game - - I signed up as a free agent and ended up on the smallest team, the other teams played today (there are only 6 teams).

 September 14th, 2011

I totally forgot to finish this post yesterday!!!

But I have something new to report! I donated blood for the first time in my life today. It was ok, just as I expected it, but I don't get to play Flag Football today but I'm ok with that mainly because I worked out yesterday (Micah stole my phone and made me go . . . )

Well I'm just gonna leave you with a few videos by Evanescence and Seether!!

Dear Diary #5

September 11th, 2011

Well first off I apologize that I did not update my blog for the last two days, honestly I've been lazy. And I feel extra lazy today because I was supposed to go do some community service for 9/11 today but I slept thru it. That reminds me, ten years ago I had slept in too . . . I sleep in way too often. . .

I have a few things to do for tomorrow: rewrite my notes for History (I'm a note taker for that class, so the notes I turn in I want to look good and to make sense), read for Biology (I'll probably skim and photocopy the pages I need after class), photocopy the data sheets for Biology lab (I'm renting the lab book so I can't just rip the pages out).

I have more things to do for Tuesday, but I'm free from classes after 2 tomorrow so I can work on that. I just hope that my books for History are in the library tomorrow so I can do the bibliography for Tuesday.

I finished Mei-chan no Shitsuji!!!!

Sorry, had to spam you with some MVs! I just am loving this show!!! I may or may not read the manga, but I have yet to make that decision - - I'll let you know when I do.

I'm really into JDrama's lately . . . I blame hot Japanese boys! Also, I mainly blame Kamen Rider Kiva because I looked up Seto Koji and came across Tumbling than that lead me to Yusuke Yamamoto and Kamen Rider Kabuto and Kamen Rider Den-O led me to finding Mei-chan no Shitsuji because the main characters in those two shows are two of the main characters in Mei-chan. (I really hope that made sense!)

Well, I'm trying to watch another show with Sato Takeru in it, but it hasn't really caught my interest because I went to Naruto Shippuden (I'm trying to finish what's available in English, and I'm behind).

Tomorrow there are some TV shows airing new episodes for the upcoming Fall season, which makes me happy! So I will actually be watching television! I cannot wait until NCIS, NCIS: LA, and Criminal Minds starts again!! They left off at really good places, mainly NCIS: LA!

Well, I can't really think of anything else to day, besides to ruin  Mei-chan no Shitusuji for you, which I don't want to do. So this will be all for today and I promise to write more tomorrow!!

Dear Diary #4

September 8th, 2011

Well today started off kinda bad, I slept through my English class, but I was well rested, watched All My Children and One Life to Live which was an upside. Lunch was deliscious, veggie calzones for the win! History was interesting, we chose our paper topics and I got Dante's Divine Comeday which is a great topic for an English major to get.

Dinner was yakisoba, again (last year we only had fried rice variations and so far this year it's now onto yakisoba). It was delicisous and I got seconds! It's rare for me to get seconds, nevertheless to completely finish said seconds. I felt like a ziggy piggy and I loved it!

After dinner Reese, Micah and I played Magic (Micah was winning, than I killed him leaving Reese to kill me - it was a long drawn out battle and was a very fun one at that) than Micah and I went to the casino night. We played black jack the entire time (well, we played two hands of poker and lost).

The dealer was amazing, he was hinting if we should hit or quit. And one time he had a 21 and got rid of those cards, "You guys didn't see that, that didn't happen."

When SMU has a casino night we get raffle tickets based on how much we won (I don't remember how much get how many tickets). Micah and I put our winnings together, and won nothing. It was a fun night though.
They had refreshments and we each left with a cup of cookies!

So far that's my Thursday, when I'm done writing this I need to study for my quiz in biology tomorrow - it'll be easy so that's good. After I'm done with that it's back to Mei-chan no Shitsuji!

When I was watching the show last night I posted on Micah and his girlfriend Hana's (did that so I didn't seem like such a creeper, though I think it only made it worse. . . ) that Micah should get this tie!

Ok, Hiro Mizushima in Kamen Rider Kabuto pissed me of so bad that I disregarded his hotness. The smugness of his character, always saying he will surpass heaven and being a dick to pretty much anyone (in the movie Kamen Rider Kabuto: God Speed Love the world had no oceans, yet he had mackerel and a fishing pole - arrogant bastard!) But in Mei-chan no Shitsuji he redeems his sexiness!!

I just have a thing for that type of dress, the dressed up male in a suit, with a vest, and an intricate tie! There's just something about that which makes me swoon! Oh my God, it's just so hot!!!!!

I just had to put this video here, to show you his HOTNESS!!!!!!!!! Lol.

Well, I think that's a good thing to leave you with! Good night!

Dear Diary #3

September 7th, 2011

Well today was boring, and I didn't get a part (acting or off stage) in a One Act but I'm okay with that. . .

Do you want to know what I did today? Ok here is my schedule:

2 a.m. - Go to sleep after watching Mei-chan no Shitsuji
8 a.m. - Brian calls to tell me good morning
9:30 ish a.m. - Brian calls again, I forgot what about
10:45 a.m. - Brian texts me telling me I should get up for class
11 a.m. - get ready for class/read emails
11:30 a.m. - get/eat lunch
12 - 2 p.m. - class
2 p.m. - now - lolly-gag on the internet/make a new blog!

So not really anything interesting, after dinner, at 6 p.m. exactly, is the first SMU Magic the Gathering club meeting of the year. Should be interesting because we should have some new people. Apparently, a few girls signed up during the Involvement Fair last week so that means I won't be the only girl showing up!

I have been having this song on repeat for about an hour I think . . . I love it though and the music video is amazing! So beautiful! Though, it's a kinda sad song and song like this make me happy . . . that might not be such a good thing in the end . . .

Dinner opens in approximately 45 minutes give or take, so I have that much longer to write . . . but what to write about?

Well, my new blog will be about fangril type topics (the title it "Random Squees from and Average Fangril") but I'm at a lost of what to write about first. I think it will be about Gaara first! Yep! Decided right now!

That now makes me feel accomplished! That blog won't be updated daily like this, it might be updated more or less, but I will not give up on this since I started it fist!

Though I really need to work on my analysis blog on WordPress but that takes a lot of work . . .

I printed off what I had published of "Poison is for those Who Don't Care" so that will help in the rewriting process. I love hard copies of stories, makes it sooo much easier to read!

My only homework for tomorrow is to read two short ghost stories, I'll have to look at the syllabus to know which ones, but I know from Hana that they're about 20 pages each - - urg! Gonna be annoyin'!

Oh! And if you have a tumblr follow me!!

Dear Diary #2

August 6th, 2011

Well I am out of it right now, I feel tired but yet I'm not tired. I did end up falling asleep at 4 a.m. which means I slept 4 - 5 hours total, but I woke up fully at 11 a.m. after English . . . well at 6 p.m. I did audition for the One Acts we're putting on today, but I didn't stay too long, I got to read for two things but my friend Michael (he's a drama/history major) got to read more, but he knows the directors really well . . .

There wasn't too many people and I don't know how many parts there are, but if I don't get a part I can still get a stage crew job so that's good.

Today was a very hot day, I actually wanted it to rain - well not when we we're outside counting plants for lab, but after that a light sprinkle would have been nice.

Oh how I missed the rain, but really, I wouldn't want too much rain . .

I really don't know what's up with me right now . . .I am just out of it!

Well this song is on my Pandora Radio right now so here's the video!

I remember when that song came out, I was all like 'lesbians!' - it reminded me of Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune. It didn't matter that Toonami told me that they we're cousins, I knew the truth even before I fully understood lesbianism.

I feel like stuffing this  blog with some of my favorite music videos - - and they will be a few from Alexz Johnson!! I love her even after Instant Star ended!! OK enjoy!!

Dear Diary #1

September 5th, 2011

Journals/diaries are a good way to vent frustration and to learn more about yourself as well as reflect on your life and those who are in it. Nowadays, with todays electronic prowess, most people keep an online diary. And I have now made a Blogger account because of my ENG201 class [we're gonna blog about our thoughts on Twilight instead of discuss it in class, should be lots of bashing from the others I know it] so I thought I'd put it to good use. My goal is to write everyday but I cannot guarantee that, but here’s a start.

My name is Brittany Rose Tennant, I'm 19-years-old, a Scorpio and proud of it. I attend Saint Martin's University in Lacey, WA right near the state capital. My home is in Yakima, WA where I was born and raised and plan to raise my own family there. My career goal is to teach high school English and write novels - though lately my friend and I have decided to work on owning a publishing company at some point so we're working on that along with many stories.

I have been dating Brian Patrick Lewis for over three years now and when we can afford it we are getting married. We live together, when I'm not here in Lacey, and I love it. We have two dogs, Haru is a border coli blue heeler mix and Peanut it a German shepperd mix. My mom's friend Jeff takes care of Haru's mom Kyra, a full border coli, but when we can do so we will take her back! Brian dislikes cats, slight allergies, but said when we do get a cat it has to be orange and named Sir Pounce A-lot . . . I don't care as long as I have a cat!

Ok, so the diary portion of this will start here since I told you a bit about myself. Here we go . . .

Tomorrow is the start of the second week of my second year at SMU, I'm not particularly excited because today and yesterday I stayed up til 4 a.m. and slept til noon or 1 p.m. and I have a 9:30 a.m. class in the morning. But that's my Gothic Lit. class so it should be interesting enough.

My friend Micah was here a few minutes ago, he's pretty cool. All my friends at college are guys, three guys to be exact; Micah, Reese and Michael. I will probably get to know Hana, Micah's girlfiend, a lot more this year because we have chior together, but that still means not too many female friends at school. All my girl friends are back home in Yakima, and ironically there are only three of them; Sydney, Josie and Zadie.

Zadie and I were Skyping at 2 a.m. Sunday morning when we decided what to do for my birthday in October. My birthday is the end of the month, but in the middle of the month is Fall Break so I will try to bring some SMU friends to Yakima for the long weekend and on that Saturday have a party with my SMU and Yakima friends to celebrate my 20th birthday!

I have over a month to hash out details (how we getting to Yakima, where people are sleeping, how we're getting back, etc.) so it should work out, we'll just have to wait and see.

Thursday night I was going through some old notebooks, stories that are over three years old, and found all but one chapter that I was missing from one of my fanfics and now I know where I was going with it so I will be able to finish it! Poison is for Those Who Don't Care is a Naruto fanfic that has OCs in it, but I like where I'm going with it so I want to stick with it. I usually avoid fanfics with OCs but I need to get this and another story out of my system before I can work on my other ideas.

Oh! The other day, like last Wednesday, I was looking around Drama Crazy for some new drama to watch and I came across IS - Otoko Demo Onna Demo Nai Sei. It is amazing but I want to slap the 'friend' IS upside the head! She was good at the beginning but than she ruined everything!!

I really get into dramas too much . . . urg!! I've missed so much of my soaps that it's not funny! And All My Children is cancelled!! But at least it will be online from now on, that will be nice!

Ok, well I'm going ot go to dinner here soon so until tomorrow!!
