Dear Diary #8

September 19th, 2011

Ok, it's been a while, I did try to write (I did try to write yesterday but the internet froze on me and all my work went to waste, thus I rage quit). Sorry for the delay, but I've been in a bit of an emotional roller coaster.

First thing, a few days ago (Friday) my brother, via aim, told me that Portal [until the 20th, aka tomorrow] was a free download. Sufficed to say I was excited. It was about 3 or so in the afternoon, Reese and I were in my room playing Wii (Mario Party 8) when I checked my computer and than I began the download.

While I was downloading Portal, I called my boyfriend to tell him the exciting news. That is when I was informed that I needed to make an ad giving away my dogs. Sufficed to say, I was sad.

It didn't really hit me until I was alone (it was early a. m. on Saturday since we were playing games til then) that it hit me. I was never going to see my dogs again . . . I would never be able to pet Haru and Peanut . . . they were going to be someone else's dogs and I had no way to make sure they were safe, that they wouldn't run away and get hit by a car . . .

So, yea, I'm worried and sad about that - - but on the upside I have Portal!

I just wish I had a way to get home before the dogs have to go . . . I don't want anyone to take them but we have no where to keep them . . .

In the ad I say we'd want them back when we have a place for them, so I hope we find someone who would be willing to do that. But I doubt it, I doubt anyone would want them anyway since they're not puppies. People only want puppies and its like parents who chose adoption, they usually only want babies.

That is really the only thing I have to update besides the fact that Brian sent me a pair of mid-calf Slytherin socks and lots of caramel candy in the mail that I should get Thursday at the latest.

So, here is where I'm gonna bombard you with the few Peanut picutres I have, and a large amount of adorable Haru photos (and some of his siblings) and for the heck of it a pic or two of Rascal my cat I've had for 10 or so years. No to the animals!!!
